Ms Martina Galluccio has a Master degree in Biomedical Engineer and a PhD in Translational Neuroscience got at the Italia Institute of Technology. Starting from 2022 she joined RINA as R&D Energy Digital Innovation Project Manager, asked with developing, supporting, and coordinating R&D projects, both co-financed by the European Commission and by other entities such as Innovate UK in the UK.

Ms Agnieszska Lisowska is a senior engineer and financial manager working for RINA CONSULTING SPA. She has a business engineering background - held her Master’s Degree at the Technical University of Gdansk (Poland). She joined RINA CONSULTING in 2008 and has now twelve years of experience on financial accounting, management procedures, and administrative matters pertaining to EU projects. In DATA CELLAR she will be Admin and Financial Coordinator responsible for the administrative management of the project.

Mechanical Engineer, Master Degree in Renewable Energy. +10 Years developing my career in the context of Distributed Generation and Storage. I have worked in the research centers Fraunhofer IWES (Kassel, Germany) and KIT (Karlsruhe, Germany) in the prediction of photovoltaic generation, the creation of storage control and optimization algorithms. In addition, I have wide experience in the private sector, responsible for the design, on-site construction, supervision, legalizing and techno-economic analysis of more than 100 PV systems for self-consumption.I am currently involved several Horizon Europe projects and private initiatives, developing business models and supporting DSOs in the evaluation of storage technologies and flexibility alternatives (demand response and EV) to face the challenges that Energy Communities raise for grid operation. In the past years I have been studying different local energy grids and assess the impact of storage assets for grid stability and the integration of RES.

Ettore F. Bompard is currently a Professor in power systems with the Politecnico di Torino (Polito, present), a Senior Scientist at the Joint Research Center of the European Commission, Energy Systems, Security and Market Unit, Institute for Energy and Transport, from 2012 to 2014, and a Visiting Assistant Professor with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, USA, with a Fulbright Scholarship, in 2000. He is also a Scientific Advisor an Expert, for Directorate B “Growth & Innovation” and Directorate C “Energy Transport & Climate” of the DG Joint Research Center of the European Commission. Scientific director of the ESTLab@EnergyCenter (Energy Security and Transition Laboratory). He has been the Scientific Coordinator of many research projects in the framework of the Italian System Research on Power Systems, EU-funded projects, Next Generation Infrastructure (The Netherlands), and NATO Projects. He is the co-author of more than 150 publications. He is the local coordinator of the Data Cellar Project.

Pietro Colella received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Politecnico di Torino. His research interest includes power systems, electrical market, traction electrification systems, and electrical safety. Dr. Colella is a Member of AEIT—Associazione Italiana di Elettrotecnica, Elettronica, Automazione, Informatica e Telecomunicazioni. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Italy.

Lorenzo Solida received the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2019. From November 2020, he is a Ph.D. student in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at the Energy Department (DENERG) of Politecnico di Torino. His research activity is focused on the impact and optimal allocation of renewable energy sources in the electrical power systems. Since 2020 he is a member of the Italian Society of Engineers and a member of the Italian Association AEIT.

Since September 2022 he is a senior researcher at the Department of Energy, Politecnico of Turin in Italy. Previously Head of the Unit “Energy Security, Distribution and Markets” at the Directorate “Energy, Transportation and Climate” of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission from 2011 to June 2022. Since 2000 he has been officer of the European Commission, working at the Joint Research Centre. His background is in Electronics and Electricity Engineering.

Federico Giani, Project Manager at AEM SA, earned a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering Smart Grid from Politecnico di Milano. With prior experience as an EV Innovation Specialist Engineer at CESI S.p.A., Federico is actively involved to internal research activities and EU Horizon projects at AEM.

Dr. Silvio Meneguzzo holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Padova, with an additional specialization in ICT for Internet and Multimedia. He is currently pursuing a National PhD in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology at the University of Turin, in collaboration with the ISAS Consortium (22 Universities). Silvio's professional journey in blockchain development began at Tradenet, contributing to projects like the Commercio.network. He has also developed key IT solutions for notable clients such as Armani and A2A at Sopra Steria, and enhanced data exchange systems at Infineon Technologies. Silvio's work is dedicated to advancing blockchain applications in both industrial and academic settings.

Alessandro Mozzato holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and a master's degree in cybersecurity from the Politecnico of Turin. He started working at the LINKS foundation in 2022 in software development based on Blockchain technology for decentralised information management in industrial and European projects.

Senior Research Analyst at Trilateral Research with MSc on Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Computer Systems

Natalia Lisowska is a PhD researcher at the Groningen Centre of Energy Law and Sustainability and the Department of Transboundary Legal Studies at the University of Groningen. Her research investigates the relationship between energy justice and data justice and design of energy dataspaces, with a special focus on the role of energy communities in energy data sharing, energy dataspaces design, and just energy transition.

Janire García holds two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Advertising and Public Relations, and a second one in Journalism, and a Master’s Degree in European Union studies. She joined the EU Communication team at the Brussels office of Zabala in August 2021 where focuses on specialised communication for science, concretely, in energy-related topics. She is currently the dissemination team coordinator of the Brussels office and the EU Dissemination and Communication Knowledge Area Leader within Zabala Innovation. Prior to Zabala, Janire has worked on the communication and marketing sector at diverse levels which concerned entities going from SMEs to European institutions. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Basque.

Arantxa Iborra graduated in International Business and later specialised her studies in marketing and communication. She joined Zabala Innovation in Brussels in October 2023 as European Projects Communication Consultant. Arantxa has a diverse background in marketing, sales, and customer service, gained through different experiences prior to Zabala.

Dr Venizelos Efthymiou worked for the Electricity Authority of Cyprus from March 1979 up to November 2013 and he left the Company from the post of Executive Manager Networks / Distribution System Operator of Cyprus. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the ETIP SNET, of ETIP PV, of the DSO committee of EURELECTRIC, of the Steering Committee of the SET Plan and of the Horizon Europe Programme Committee. He is the chairman of the Research Centre FOSS of the University of Cyprus and director of EPL Technology Frontiers Ltd and ECOGATE Ltd. As representative of FOSS in the associations DERlab, EUREC, EERA AISBL and EERA JP4SG he is currently a member of the Executive Committee of EERA AISBL, the Management Board of EERA JP4SG and the Board of Directors of EUREC.

Dr. Francisco Gayo has a PhD from the Energy Department of the University of Oviedo and an MBA. He has over 20 years of experience in technical and management positions. In February 2023, he joined to FAEN as EU Projects Technician.

Mining engineer by the University of Oviedo. After some scholarships on important energy companies within the region, he has been working on FAEN since 2002. Actually, He is the technical coordinator at FAEN. He has broad experience on the coordinator and developing of different national and European projects and on the developing of training courses related with renewable

She has broad experience in the management and development of European Projects; She is in charge of the communications activities of FAEN and in the organization of the different events organized as dissemination activities where FAEN is involved
